This page explains what AI Deep Hub collects, what it doesn’t, and who else can see anything about your visit. It describes what the site actually does as of 10 August 2026, not a template.
Who runs this site
AI Deep Hub (aideephub.com) is operated by My Bui (Thi Quynh My Bui), 525 To Hien Thanh, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
What we collect directly
Almost nothing.

If you email us, we hold that email and your address in an ordinary mailbox so we can reply. We don’t add you to any list, because there isn’t one.
What is set in your browser
Three sources can place cookies or similar data during a visit:
1. Our CDN and security layer
This site sits behind Cloudflare, which sets functional cookies used to route traffic, mitigate attacks, and tell humans apart from bots. These aren’t used to profile you for advertising. Cloudflare’s handling is described in its privacy policy.
2. Page caching
We use WP Rocket to serve pages faster. It may store a small amount of technical data in your browser to decide which cached version of a page to show you. It doesn’t identify you.
3. Affiliate links you choose to click
This matters most, so here it is plainly.
Some links to AI tools on this site are affiliate links, tagged rel="sponsored". Nothing happens until you click one. When you do, you leave our site, and the vendor or its affiliate network typically sets a cookie so it can attribute a later signup to us and pay a commission.
That cookie is set by them, on their domain, under their privacy policy. We never receive your name, email, or payment details from it. What we see later is an anonymous, aggregated report saying a referral converted. We can’t connect that to a person, and we don’t try to.
If you’d rather not be tracked by a vendor, you can visit the tool’s site directly instead of clicking our link. That costs us a commission and costs you nothing, and it’s a perfectly reasonable choice. Our affiliate disclosure explains the full arrangement.
Server logs
Like any website, our host records standard request logs: IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent, and referring page. These are used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing errors. They’re not combined with anything else, not sold, and not used to build a profile.
Embedded content from other sites
Articles here may embed content such as videos or images hosted elsewhere. Embedded content behaves as though you visited that other site directly, which means the third party can see your visit, set its own cookies, and track your interaction with the embed, especially if you’re logged in to that service. Their policies govern that, not ours.
Images and media
Screenshots we publish are captures of vendors’ public pages or of our own accounts, with account-identifying details removed before publishing. We don’t publish images containing readers’ personal data.
Who we share data with
Nobody, in the sense of selling or transferring data about you. We have no data to sell. The only third parties involved in a visit are the infrastructure providers and affiliate networks named above, each acting under its own policy.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
How long anything is kept
- Server logs: retained for a short operational period by our host, then rotated out.
- Emails you send us: kept while the conversation is useful, and deleted on request.
- Cookies: lifetimes are set by Cloudflare, WP Rocket, and any affiliate network you click through to, not by us.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability over personal data about you. If you’re in California, the CCPA gives you rights to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
In practice, the only personal data we’re likely to hold about you is an email you sent us. Write to [email protected] and we’ll act on any of these requests within 30 days. There’s no charge and you don’t need to explain why.
To clear cookies set by third parties, use your browser’s privacy settings. Most browsers also offer a setting to block third-party cookies entirely, which will not break this site.
Children
This site is aimed at people choosing software for work. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we’ll delete it.
International visitors
The site is operated from Vietnam and served globally through a CDN, so a request may be handled by a server near you. Any email you send us is stored on mail servers that may be located outside your country.
Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, a newsletter, ads, or anything else that changes what’s collected, we’ll update this page and change the date below before turning it on. We won’t quietly start collecting more than what’s described here.
