This is the message we most want to receive. Pricing on AI tools changes constantly, and a stale number in one of our tables can cost you real money.

If you spot an error, send the page URL and what’s wrong. If you’re right, we correct the article and note the date of the correction on it. We don’t quietly edit and pretend it was always that way.

Useful things to report:

• A price, plan name, or usage limit that no longer matches the vendor’s site
• A tool that shut down, got acquired, or changed materially since we wrote about it
• A broken link or a link that goes somewhere unexpected
• A claim you think we can’t support

Are you a vendor?

You’re welcome to write in, and there are a few things worth knowing before you do.

Corrections: if we’ve got your pricing, limits, or feature set wrong, tell us and we’ll verify it against your live pricing page and fix it. This is the fastest response you’ll get from us.

Review requests: we’ll read them. We can’t promise coverage, a timeline, or a positive verdict, and we don’t send drafts for approval before publishing.

What we don’t do: paid reviews, paid placement in a ranking, sponsored posts, link insertions into existing articles, or guest posts. Please don’t offer. Our reasoning is on the affiliate disclosure page.

Affiliate programmes: if you run one and we already cover your tool, we’d rather join it than not, and joining it changes nothing about what we’ve already written.

Are you a reader looking for a recommendation?

Ask. Tell us what you’re trying to get done, roughly what you can spend, and what you’ve already tried. Those emails often become articles, because if one person is stuck on it, a few thousand people are too.

We can’t provide technical support for tools we don’t build. For a bug or a billing problem with a specific product, the vendor’s own support will get you further than we can.
